Makes classic French shell-shaped madeleines.To use it, you simply have to place the mould on a baking sheet, fill and bake and your Madeleines are Ready. Decorate it with your favourite garnishes.

This 18 Cavity Silicone Mould features authentically shaped madeleine cavities which diffuses and transmits heat ideally, enabling excellent caramelization of madeleines that are perfectly golden on top and bottom. It is extremely easy to turn out the Madeleines from this Silicone Mould. It can be used for both Hot and cold preparations.
DO NOT USE IT UNDER A GRILL.
